Simple but important document on compliance and more so Job Applicants in accordance to the Leadership and Integrity Act. The Tax Compliance Certificate is becoming a norm more than the exception.

In order to acquire one, below is the procedure:

1. Go to KRA Website, that is itax.kra.go.ke
2. Enter your KRA Pin and click Continue
3. Enter your password
4. Solve the security stamp query
5. Click login
6. On the menu bar, Go to Certificates and click apply for Tax Compliance Certificate
7. Notification will be sent to your email address with the TCC.
8. If there are any encumbrances, e.g Penalties/Interest; one has to clear them before they are able to download the Tax Compliance Certificate
