Simple but important document on compliance and more so Job Applicants in accordance to the Leadership and Integrity Act. The HELB Compliance Certificate is becoming a norm more than the exception.

In order to acquire one, below is the procedure:

1. Visit the Higher Education Loans Board Website  www.helb.co.ke 
2. Click Apply for Compliance Certificate (usually a green bar)
3. Go to the Loanee Compliance Certificate section and Click on Certificate of Insurance (highlighted in blue)
4. Fill in your user details and password and click Login.
   ** If you don’t have an account click on Register to create one
5. Once logged in, Click on Services on the HELB menu
6. Click Get certificate on Compliance Certificate
7. Click print certificate for you to download your HELB Clearance certificate
