2. Complete the form by filling in the required details and attach copy of your national identity card
3. Check the box ‘I’m not a robot’ and click Submit
4. You will receive an email with information on how to make payment at the email address you provided in your application

1. Open your phone dial app 
2. Dial *433# and tap the call icon 
3. Make the call from your Safaricom line 
4. Enter your valid ID 
5. Key in the agent code as 222000 
6. Confirm your details 
7. Navigate to M-Pesa to make payments 
8. Use 220388 as the Pay Bill number
9. Account number should be your valid ID number
10. Enter Ksh.100
11. Key in your PIN and send it
