Has your vehicle been involved in an accident or theft? If yes, then the steps below will assist you to claim your car insurance:-

1.Call and report the incident (accident/theft) to the police immediately not later than 24 hours and obtain a police abstract

2.Call and report the incident (accident/theft) to your insurance company

3.Do Not Accept liability in case of an accident

4.Call AA of Kenya on 0709 933 999, 0709 933 000 if you need to tow the vehicle from the scene of the accident (for comprehensive insurance only)

5.Clear with the police and take the vehicle to any of our Recommended garage within Nairobi (outside Nairobi take the vehicle to a garage of your choice) and Notify us

6.Complete and return a claim form obtainable from your insurance office and web site

7.Attach the Police Abstract and a Copy of the Driving Licence & National ID of the person who was driving the vehicle at the time of the accident or loss
