With the common Customizing of vehicles and parts including the engine number, chassis number or colour, the owner of the vehicle shall inform the National Transport and Safety Authority (NTSA) for amendment.
Documented pre-requisites include:-
- Original Logbook
- Vehicle inspection report
- Affidavit of change of motor vehicle engine
- Copy of ID/Certificate of incorporation/Business Registration Certificate for company cars
The process is as follows:-
- Log in to NTSA TIMS
- Select Vehicle inspection
- Select create new booking to change particulars and pay required fee
- Once the inspection report is uploaded, apply for change of particulars
- Select vehicle registration then select change of particulars and fill in required details
- Pay the required fee
- Visit NTSA Office for issuance of new log book
