The Kenyan Passport is one of the prominent if not powerful in Africa being in the top 10 and being sought for on a regular basis.

Below are the requirements for getting one:

1. Go to www.ecitizen.go.ke and Login or Register your account
2. Go to immigration.ecitizen.go.ke and or department of immigration services and click on passport application form
3. Fill the application form after reading the instructions carefully
4. Select the mode of payment and pay for the passport fees
5. Download and print the application form and three application receipts
6. Submit the application form in person to the Immigration Offices (Nyayo HouseNairobi; Uhuru na Kazi Bldg, Mombasa and Kisumu)

During the physical submission of the documents this will be required:-

• An e Citizen pre-filled passport application form and three receipts.
• Original birth certificate and photocopy.
• Original National ID Card & copy.
• Three Current passport size photos.
• Recommender’s ID Card copy.
• Consent letter for minors.
• Old passport (If for replacement).
• Parents National ID cards and copy.
